Shipping policy

Our products are available for delivery in New Zealand and Australia. Items in stock are dispatched within 1-3 business days. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: We use Post Haste, NZ Couriers, Courier Post, NZ Post International, and FedEx International for tracked shipments. A signature is likely required. If no one's home, consider delivery to a work address. For P.O. Boxes, we may need an alternate address. Failed delivery may incur additional charges for reshipment.

Expect delivery within 3-5 working days for New Zealand locations and within 21 working days for international locations.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We use our courier and affiliated shipping companies for international delivery, with tracking. Customers are responsible for any taxes or duties, payable before receiving the order. International Shipping is currently only for selected countries including some of: Asia, Europe, UK, USA and Canada for $50 NZD.
